Perham Township is a township in Otter Tail County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 931 at the 2000 census. Perham Township was originally called Marion Lake Township, and under the latter name was organized in 1872. The present name was adopted in 1877. ==Geography== According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 33.3 square miles (86.3 km²), of which 31.5 square miles (81.6 km²) of it is land and 1.8 square miles (4.7 km²) of it (5.46%) is water.
